Parent Leadership at Parents Anonymous®
Since 1969, Parents Anonymous® has been supporting and equipping generations of Parent Leaders through proven, family-strengthening programs. In 1993, the first National Parent Leadership Team® (NPLT) was established, followed by the California Parent Leadership Team® (CPLT) in 1996. Their shared mission is to enhance programs and services that benefit Parents, Children, and Youth, fostering stronger families and communities.
Each Parent Leader is a dedicated mother, father, grandparent, or anyone else in a parenting role with lived experience, serving on commissions, advisory boards, and task forces at the national, state, and local levels. Through Shared Leadership®, they contribute to family well-being and positive community engagement.nation.
