- 1–2 years of peer support, mental health, or social services experience.
- Bilingual in English and other languages spoken in Supervisorial District One preferred.

Parents Anonymous® Inc. is seeking a motivated and culturally responsive Bilingual Peer Workforce Developer (English/Spanish) to support the employment success of certified peer support specialists. This role focuses on building relationships with employer partners, coordinating work-based learning and job placements, and providing ongoing support to peers and employers after placement. The Peer Workforce Developer plays a key role in creating meaningful employment pathways while supporting peers on their empowerment journey.
Qualifications
