Position Overview:
Parents Anonymous® Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of the Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) to lead strategic planning, program management, and community engagement efforts across Los Angeles County Supervisorial District One. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that address the social determinants of health and strengthen the mental health and well-being of thousands of community members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the CFRC Strategic Plan to achieve annual deliverables.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of CFRC staff, including Administrative Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, Counselors, and Community Engagement Specialists.
- Manage subcontracts to ensure program deliverables and service quality.
- Lead community-based initiatives serving at least 4,000 unduplicated individuals annually.
- Implement Parents Anonymous® evidence-based programs and services for diverse parents, children, youth, and families.
- Act as the main liaison with LACDMH, attending required meetings and engaging in Service Area Leadership Teams, Healthy Neighborhoods, and underserved cultural communities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, churches, and service agencies.
- Design, implement, and manage outreach strategies, community mapping processes, and engagement events.
- Oversee program evaluation, quality assurance, and data reporting systems.
- Manage billing submissions and coordinate with Finance on budgeting.
- Plan and execute ongoing and one-time community events that promote engagement, trust, and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Community Health, Psychology, or a related social services discipline.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- 5–7 years of senior leadership experience managing multi-million-dollar social service programs.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, supervise diverse staff, and foster shared leadership.
- Strong financial management and reporting skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
