Position Overview:
Parents Anonymous® Inc. is seeking an experienced and committed Program Manager to lead family engagement services and support the implementation of evidence-based programs across the Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC). This role is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating services that address the social determinants of health, promote mental health and well-being, and strengthen families within Los Angeles County Supervisorial District One.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage family engagement services serving a minimum of 800 unduplicated individuals annually, addressing social determinants of health and mental well-being.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise four Community Engagement Specialists.
- Facilitate Weekly Evidence-Based Parents Anonymous® Adult Groups to ensure Model Fidelity.
- Oversee implementation of Weekly Evidence-Based Parents Anonymous® Children Groups to ensure Model Fidelity.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and service plans for at least 80% of Program Participants, ensuring 50% are successfully linked to needed services.
- Plan, implement, and manage outreach and engagement events (virtual and in-person) to promote community mental health and overall well-being.
- Serve as assigned contact for LACDMH, attending mandatory meetings and engaging in Service Area Leadership Teams, Healthy Neighborhoods, and underserved cultural communities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, children, youth, and community organizations, including churches and social service agencies.
- Oversee data collection, review, and approval of all required submissions to ensure accuracy.
- Achieve weekly and monthly productivity goals for all services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Community Health, Psychology, or a related social services field.
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical mental health, social services, and direct program management or supervision.
- Bilingual in English and other languages spoken in Supervisorial District One.
- Must work two evenings per week and some weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and evaluate community-based programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: $79,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
